Programs

Barre will be held Monday evenings from 6pm-7pm upstairs at the Springdale Rec Center, starting Monday on May 6th. We will have enough equipment for 10 people.

Registering for this program will add you to the email list for our barre class. Attendance is not mandatory every week.

Springdale Parks and Recreation will be hosting a FREE barre class to members. The class will be located upstairs at the Recreation Center at 1906 Cambridge St, Springdale, AR 72762.

About Barre:
Barre is a dynamic workout that combines elements of ballet, pilates, and strength training. Exercises will isolate smaller body parts using small, repetitive movements and pulses.
