Aquatic Center Private Party and Pavilion Refund Policy:
Renters must contact Springdale Parks and Recreation 7 days prior to date of reservation in order to receive a refund or to alter the date of the reservation. Cancellations within a week of the event are not eligible for any type of refund (emergency cancellations will be taken into consideration). If the event is cancelled by Springdale Parks and Recreation, due to inclement weather, the renters will be eligible to reschedule the event or be given a full refund. Parties that experience a weather delay during their party may be eligible for a reschedule, this will be handled on a case by case basis. Cancellations may occur when there is lightning in the area or an extended period of heavy rain.
